Video Game Review: Pac-Man Championship Edition DX

The game’s techno soundtrack matches the high intensity on-screen action step for step, building and accelerating in all the right places. I’m not a fan of that style, but it’s so well integrated, I honestly can’t even think of what other musical accompaniment could take its place. All the classic sound effects and signature ditties are present as well.

Video Game Review: X-Men Arcade

Since Konami no longer holds the X-Men license (cut to Activision laughing maniacally), its deal with Marvel to revive an 18-year-old title left it unable to make any changes to the game, including the outdated graphics. At least the characters themselves are colourful and easily recognizable, though it gets tough to identify yourself when you’ve got a full complement of gamers along with multiple enemies on the screen at the same time.

The Wire Troll: Better Late Than Never

Can you imagine how strange it is looking at the way this season has unfolded, Fantasy-wise? Think about it for one second when you get a chance. It is to be said that there are no easy solutions this time of year. Players are not exactly available and teams are definitely taking stock of what they have and need. So there is a direction to go, apparently.
