Video Game Review: Defense Grid 2

Although the game’s focus is hammering the player into a hardened min-max pro, you don’t have to be godly at micromanagement to have a fun and successful time with Defense Grid 2. You’re still able to manipulate the speed of time, so if you’ve got what you think is a solid line of defense, crank up the speed and test out your theory! This can be a dangerous move, though, since, as mentioned above, the levels can change in an instant.

Hester has been pretty forthcoming about his unhappiness in his final years with the Bears, and there is nothing we love more than a player with a chip on his shoulder facing off against his former team. In addition to copious races and championships, Forza Horizon 2 is also loaded with extras to encourage you to explore the massive open world. More than 100 sandwich-board type signs are scattered about, rewarding you with experience or a reduction in fast-travel costs for finding and smashing them. There’s a series of bucket list challenges that put you in exotic cars, a photo mode that tasks you with snapping pics of all the different vehicles, barn finds when unique rides are hiding and much more.
