Day Two: Reaching a bit but still impressive; your relations exchange a few nervous glances during the meal.
Day Three: “Turkey, um…chili, is it? How…original.”
Day Four: Your relatives pack up and leave – after a hearty breakfast of turkey omelets and turkey sausage – rather than face the lunchtime reality of your turkey tetrazzini flambe.

The Wire Troll: Howdy (Again), Mr. Douglas

Though he has been an underachiever throughout his pro career, Davis is really asserting himself in 2010-11, averaging 13.7 points and 4.7 boards through his first six games. For now, he is best deployed in deeper leagues, but should (by which we mean “when”) one of the Celtics’ fragile frontcourtmen suffers an injury, the big kid could blow up in a big way.

The Wire Troll: The 2010 Batting All-Stars

It’s time to look back at the season to date and give those waiver wire gems their due respect. It has been an amazing year and as always the waiver wire was huge in determining the overall outcomes in league play. This week, we’ll review the offense followed up by a review of the pitching next Sunday.
