Video Game Review: Rush N’ Attack Ex-Patriot

Combat is fairly mundane, though on the harder difficulties you’ll need to utilize your block (left trigger) to survive. There are also some platforming sections. This is where the game stumbles as jumping is too loose and imprecise, particularly when landing on an object floating in liquid. I shudder to think how many times I landed on a box only to abruptly tumble to my death.

Nearly all the in-game action is controlled with the left analog stick (you do have the option to transfer it to the right stick) as you push down to start your swing and up to follow through. The amount of power is dependent on how far and long you pull it back, while the flight of the ball is affected by how straight you keep the stick. Wire Troll: One More From the Road

Gooden has been one of Fantasy’s biggest duds this season, but his lack of production has been due almost entirely to a bout with plantar fasciitis. He had missed 32 straight games before returning to the court March 28, but he was able to shake off the rust rather quickly. The veteran pulled down 11 rebounds and racked up 22 points in just his second game back — though it’s worth noting that his big line came against the woeful Raptors’ defense. If he can stay healthy, Gooden should be at least a modest source of points and boards the rest of the way, and he’s worth adding deeper Fantasy formats. Note: Gooden is not eligible at centre in ESPN leagues.

Outside of the actual players, avid tennis fans will recognize many of the venues for the tournaments, from accurately recreated Grand Slam courts to smaller tournament courts from the ATP/WTA tour. Each of these venues is brilliantly replicated in beautiful high-resolution graphics, though the fans in the stands still follow the canned animation found in just about every sports game.
