This just in: it is still raining outside. At last check there was about five inches of rain or more depending on what part of the Tri-state area you are from. Even if you are not, that is a ton of rain. On the bright side, things are not flashing and the lights are staying on. This is essential to try to accomplish some writing assignments and such. I think it is comical that the wind was blowing so hard for a while there that you thought it was a tornado blowing in. I can assure you that it was not and that power is restored at least here.

With Noah still battling plantar fasciitis, Miller has stepped up big for the Bulls. The 33-year-old veteran has averaged 14.3 points, 6.2 boards and 1.8 assists in six outings this March – while logging over 30 minutes per game. Noah has played in only four games since February 5, and his return date is still unclear. While Noah’s on the shelf, Miller is worth owning in larger league formats, and could even be useful in standard leagues if you’re thin at the centre position.

Video Game Review: MLB 10 The Show

Pitching is handled via the same meter system I first remember seeing in EA’s MVP Baseball series during the original Xbox days. It was great then and still holds up well despite minimal advancement. You start the process by selecting which pitch you’re going to throw, then tap X to begin your delivery, which causes the meter to start filling. As it nears the top you’ll see a sweet spot to get optimal power on your pitch — stop the meter too soon and you’ll throw softly, let it to go too far and you’ll overthrow the pitch. After it fills all the way a line will move back down where you’ll once again have a target area to hit. The closer you get to that point the more accurate you’ll be. It’s all about timing.
