Sending your arms gliding and arcing through the air is a lot of fun, and probably 95 times out of 100 the Kinect will read your movements perfectly. Of course, that leaves instances where it doesn’t, and you’ll hit a bomb while just resetting your arm position or only register a dozen hits on a score multiplying pomegranate instead of your usual 50 — for no discernible reason.

After hitting a measly two homers in the first two months of the season, A-Ram exploded, smacking a combined 17 in June and July. He’s off to a sluggish start in August with just one homer and a BA that continues to slide, but he’s already reached 20 homers for the ninth time, something we weren’t sure he’d be capable of given his health woes in recent years. Ramirez has also spent lots of time in the three-hole lately, a slot he only occupied once last year.

The tough right-handed, sidearm pitcher should be used in the seventh inning role, and he brings a sparkling 2.39 ERA to help the Arizona bullpen. Assuming Putz can stay healthy the rest of the season, he seems to finally be back to his 2006-07 seasons with the Mariners when he recorded 36 and 40 saves respectively. Until this year, he had not gotten over 15 saves since his 2007 season.

“I’d Go” also features a somewhat atmospheric opening, albeit much briefer. It has a more neo-psychedelic feel to it and is a complete departure from any of the previous tracks. Also bass driven, this song is a quick ditty that ends rather abruptly.
