Video Game Review: Blacklight: Tango Down

What some may find distracting is the HUD. The entire screen is bordered in black with either blue or red accents (depending of which team you’re on), and there is what I can best describe as almost a faint honeycomb pattern on the left and right peripherals. Add to that three bars on the lower left (health, sprint, HRV), two on the right (current clip, remaining ammo) and one on the bottom (experience) and it becomes an overly crowded affair.

Dear RotoRob: The Deepest Cut

The problem you’re faced with is very common to those playing in very shallow leagues and there really is no hard and fast answer to your question. You have a very solid roster, but as we all know, the hot hands will jump up and the waiver wire in your league will be constantly filled with options. The problem is getting the crystal ball to work for you and with the amount of talent available in your league that is truly a crap shoot.

Video Game Review: Naughty Bear

For a game with such a basic premise — scare and/or kill teddy bears — there’s a lot of controls to familiarize yourself with. Dear RotoRob: Is Alex Gordon Start-Worthy?

You certainly have yourself a conundrum. Until Gordon proves he can hit at the MLB level, he’s best left on your bench. With doubles and triples as a category you would think that Fowler would be the obvious choice, but he’s been really struggling. He’s also dealing with an “achy” wrist which is probably one of the reasons for his struggles. When healthy, Fowler is the better option, but heading into this week I think your safe play is to go with Milledge. The Pirate offense has been firing on all cylinders lately and Milledge has been a steady contributor. He has also been named the everyday right fielder by the Pirates, so playing time should not be an issue.
