Video Game Review: Jack the Ripper DLC

The primary missions are mostly well designed, with a few featuring some level of infiltration flexibility. Some of the DLC also has you playing as Jack himself; whether it’s a gimmick to exploit history or a psychological trick to get into the mindset of a murderer, it works effectively thanks to a slightly different GUI and visual elements. This is balanced by Evie’s side quests, which involve finding justice and safety for the prostitutes of London that were the Ripper’s targets.

Zack Kassian Dealt to the Oilers

This season, Scrivens has played nine games in the AHL, going 2-6-1 with the Bakersfield Condors. In the past four seasons, he’s played with the Oilers, Los Angeles Kings and Toronto Maple Leafs, compiling a .905 career save percentage. Kassian has not played any games this season after he was entered into stage two of the league’s substance abuse and behavioral health program. Before this season, he was traded from the Vancouver Canucks, for whom he posted 59 points in 171 games over four seasons.

Video Game Review: Fat Princess Adventures

As with games like Diablo, Fat Princess Adventures has you traveling across a sizable world from one checkpoint to the next, leaving dozens of dismembered enemies in your wake. Unlike Diablo, though, there’s little sense of progression, even as you level up and collect/upgrade your loot. Tactics don’t vary much, if at all, and your character isn’t growing appreciably stronger.

The Wire Troll: Tyler Bozak Paces Leafs

When we last left Bozak, he was on pace for a career season with three goals, 12 points and a minus-2 rating in 17 games. Now with 29 under his belt, he’s got eight goals, 23 points and a plus-3 rating to go with eight penalty minutes and 49 shots on goal. That’s right — in a full 82-game season, Bozak is on pace for 65 points! Will he get there? No. But he sure is fun to watch right now, and it’s time for Fantasy GMs to jump on board before it’s too late.

The Wire Troll: Bobby Portis Breaks into Bulls Rotation

The former Southeastern Conference Player of the Year, Portis is starting to make noise as a rookie trying to earn PT on a deep Bulls’ squad. His minutes remain inconsistent, so he’s likely just a deep league/dynasty option right now, but we saw his potential last Saturday when he put up 20 points, 11 boards and two steals in just 23 minutes.

Blu-ray Review: Pan

In fact, if we were going to use one word to describe Pan that would be it: bizarre. The orphanage scene ripped straight from Oliver Twist, the pirates descending through the roof to grab the children looks like something from Fury Road, the Natives being re-imagined as some sort of multicultural circus in which, despite the diversity of the extras, all the main Natives are white and so on.
