Obi Toppin is proving to be more than just a dunker for the New York Knicks.

The Wire Troll: Obi Toppin Taking Advantage of his Chance

Yes, Howard’s PT is very inconsistent, but this game proved that he can still be useful when given the chance. His work on the defensive glass hasn’t been good lately and his bucket count is down this season, but if you had him active this week, you got your money’s worth with a vintage performance. Remember what kind of post moves Howard had when he came out of high school? Every now and then, he reminds us.

Immanuel Quickley has played much better of late for the New York Knicks.

The Wire Troll: Immanuel Quickley Killing It for Knicks

With Ingram sidelined at least a week, Snell was getting a chance to start, and while his efforts on Wednesday and Friday (no points or assists) were quite forgettable, he did play 31 minutes on Wednesday, and that got our attention in deeper formats. Bones Hyland has been turning heads for the Denver Nuggets.

The Wire Troll: Bones Hyland Delivering in Denver

Hernandez has been cleared after missing four games in Covid protocol, and while his PT had been inconsistent, he’d been putting up some solid scoring and rebounding numbers before his absence. In fact, he averaged close to a double-double last month, so if he can regularly earn 20 minutes per game, he’s capable of providing value, making him a worthwhile deep league option.

De'Andre Hunter is finally healthy for the Atlanta Hawks.

The Wire Troll: De’Andre Hunter Back in Action

Allen got the flu last month and really struggled with his shot when he returned… then, he got COVID and missed more time. Upon his return on Thursday, he shook off his shooting woes to can 6-of-10 from the field and 3-of-7 from downtown for 15 points with five boards, two steals and a block. Allen has shot better this month, and has been hoisting way more long bombs this season.
