A year ago, Franchise Mode’s biggest addition was dynamic drive goals… only they weren’t really all that dynamic, often making little sense in relation to game situations. This year, franchise not only polishes up that aspect by adhering to things like score and time remaining, but it also receives some serious (and overdue) TLC aimed at garnering and maintaining your interest across multiple seasons.

Two years have passed since the events of Human Revolution, and the world has changed dramatically in the wake of the “incident,” where augs lost control in lethal fashion. Now augs are hated and feared, relegated to second-class citizens. After a short prologue in Dubai, Jensen, now a member of Interpol’s Task Force 29 anti-terrorism unit, is dispatched to investigate a Prague bombing.

Video Game Review: Hitman: Episode 4

Staying at the Himmapan are a pair of unsavoury characters: Jordan Cross, acclaimed Indie rock singer and son of billionaire Thomas Cross, and Ken Morgan, the family’s attorney. Whatever thread has been holding previous episodes together is ostensibly absent here, as it’s made clear this is a private contract taken out by the family of Hannah Highmoore, the alleged murder victim of Jordan — a crime that was covered up by the unscrupulous Morgan.
