Video Game Review: Battleborn

Competitive multiplayer is spread across three game types: Capture, Meltdown and Incursion. The first one will be instantly familiar. There are three zones; capture and hold them to earn points — the more you hold the faster you score. A couple unique elements are added, such as the ability to build and upgrade turrets to assist in holding or taking an area as well as experience-rich NPCs to kill, but you should be able to hit the ground running.

Video Game Review: Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition

There are several notable changes in Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition, starting with the addition of a large new area: Black Root Burrows. The developers deserve immediate credit for crafting something that is different than anything we experienced the first time around yet still feels like a natural extension of the world.

Video Game Review: EA Sports UFC 2

While UFC 2 offers far more ways to play than its predecessor, its Career Mode is nearly identical, which is a disappointment. You once again make your way through The Ultimate Fighter, earning a contract with UFC and starting your ascent through the ranks. Early on you’ll be given three potential fights to choose from, though as your career takes off the game will sometimes mandate opponents.
