Blu-ray Review: Doctor Sleep

While McGregor earns top billing as the main character, it’s Ferguson and Curran that manage to steal the show. Ferguson does a great job as Rose, exuding a charm and beauty that’s at odds with her sinister motives and actions. She’s both a credible bad ass and someone we absolutely wanted to see get what she deserved. Curran is perhaps even better at making Abra someone that understands she’s in danger but also how much power she wields. She’s not looking for Danny to save her. She wants his help in taking them down.

Clutterbuck has been dealing with a wrist injury, but he’s going to start skating when the Isles come off their bye week, which should mean he’ll return around mid-February. His modest offense was down further this season, but that’s not his chief allure (he hasn’t scored more than eight goals since 2015-16). Clutterbuck is the king of hits, regularly placing among the league leaders. In fact, he’s still 35th in the NHL despite missing the last 16 games.

In past years, premium defenses have stuck their CB1 on Kelce as a solution for the rest of the field. Loud mouth CB Richard Sherman will carry that distinction on Super Bowl Sunday. Kelce is 6’5″ and 260 pounds, and runs a 4.66s 40-yard dash. Sherman is 6’3″ and 195 pounds and runs a 4.6 40-yard dash. Size is at a premium for the Chiefs and it will show in the red zone. For the most part, expect Sherman to blanket Kelce save for a few dink and dunks.
