Although you do have some flexibility as to what order you tackle some of the Sins in, this is largely a linear game with most of its collectibles tucked around a corner of somewhere just off the main pathway. At around 16 hours (depending on how often you’re killed), Darksiders III isn’t a particularly long game by modern standards, but it’s a good length based on its design.

A couple of weeks ago, the Jets brought up Appleton from the AHL, and while he’s yet to light the world on fire (one assist through his first eight games), we like his long-term prospects. One nice quality-of-life change in JC4 is the ability to aim down the sight, replacing the spray and pray approach from previous games in the series with a more precise alternative. While we’re not overly fond of auto-lock, it’s effective here and helps with taking down the multitude of targets you’ll battle simultaneously. There’s a good variety of guns as well, many containing a secondary fire mode for optimal destruction.
