The Wire Troll: The Return of Kevin Kolb

With Forte on the shelf and the Bears’ passing attack lethargic at best, Barber figures to see a fairly heavy workload for at least the near future. That may not translate into big Fantasy points, though, as Chicago will face plenty of eight-man fronts if it can’t get the aerial game going. Barber is a capable back, though, and should be a decent flex option as long as Forte is sidelined.

The Wire Troll: Matt Moore on a Nice Run

This is the last week of the regular season in many Fantasy leagues, and hopefully you’re still in the running for a playoff berth. The Wire Troll: Matt Leinart Gets Another Shot

With Peterson out for at least one game with his high ankle sprain, the Vikes (and countless Fantasy owners) will turn to Gerhart to try to overcome the loss of one of the game’s most elite talents. The Wire Troll: Roy Helu on Top in Washington… For Now

The ‘Fins offense is lethargic at best, but Carpenter has still managed to knock home seven field goals in his last four outings. The Wire Troll: Matt Cassel a Good Bet This Week

He’s big, he’s fast and he can flat-out play. The rookie missed the first six games of the season recovering from a thumb injury, but he exploded on Monday for five catches, 82 yards and a touchdown against San Diego. The Chiefs grabbed this guy in the first round for a reason, and he should see plenty of targets from here on out. Go get him.

The Wire Troll: John Beck Making Progress in D.C.

Injuries have played a huge role in shaping the Fantasy football landscape this season, and this week the Washington Redskins took an especially hard hit, losing both their top runner and receiver to maladies that will sideline them for an extended period. The backfield situations in Arizona and Denver are also in flux, so opportunities for waiver-wire wizardry abound in these three locales. Elsewhere, many quality players may be sitting on your league wire as a result of being dropped for their bye weeks; be sure to have a close look and make that claim if you see a player that can help your Fantasy cause.
