Lots of star power has occupied the two-guard slot over the years, but the position is not currently in a golden age. After the top three, there’s a pretty significant drop and in short order, the position becomes fairly barren. If you don’t get one of the big guns here, don’t wait too long to grab someone or else you’re going to be in dire straits.

Video Game Review: Final Fantasy XIV

Combat is pretty straightforward, and the game does a good job of metering out new abilities and upgrades so that by the time you’ve got lots of them at your disposal you already have a pretty good handle on things. It’s not all chocobo feathers and moogle pom-poms, though, as the targeting system continues to give me trouble even after tons of battles. At issue is how easy it is to accidentally attack a second foe, which can lead to a quick death under the wrong circumstances. Along those same lines, during hectic encounters it can be nearly impossible to pick out a specific enemy from the pack.

The Wire Troll: Hey, Hockey’s Back!

Grabner averages around 2.5 shots a contest which is pretty decent, yet he is only owned in 15-to-20 per cent of most leagues. Will you take that risk? It may be worth it as the Islanders continue to find an increased role for Grabner. Teams must fear Grabner’s speed as he can manufacture a breakaway out of almost nothing. Remember this well as the season progresses.
