There are various controllers that may be used to play, though they all follow the same very simplistic format which is why any gamer can start playing quite well within just a few hours. The controls are perfectly responsive, and it is possible to map the controls to different buttons if desired.

Video Game Review: Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris

While all the puzzles and temples can be completed alone, Temple of Osiris is meant to be played with other people (it supports up to four). That means the game actively changes things up in terms of layout so that teamwork is a necessity. For instance, in single player, Lara may be able to grapple over a chasm to advance. In multiplayer, she’ll no longer be able to reach the other side alone. Instead, her grapple becomes a tight rope that another player can walk across.

Video Game Review: Tales of Hearts R

As Tales of Hearts R goes on, you receive a larger amount of combat options to use as well as more characters to control. The combat gets pretty addicting, especially since the system allows a pleasant amount of customization between how you link your moves together as well as with your partner. This puts experimenting with new combos as a main feature of the game, with new options to tinker with coming at a decent pace, which usually kept it interesting.

Video Game Review: Tetris Ultimate

Ultimate comes with all the bells and whistles we’ve become accustomed to in modern installments of Tetris: t-spins, the hold box, the ghost and a handful of game modes. Classics like Marathon, Sprint and Battle make appearances, though a few others are available to unlock. Some of these, like Endless, are incredibly difficult to unlock, requiring you to finish the highest level on Marathon. One of our personal favourites is Rotation Lock, which eliminates the ability to spin Tetriminos. It’s frickin’ hard.
