Upon arriving, the assassin is spotted by Brogan, who has a clear shot but doesn’t pull the trigger after seeing something familiar in his face. After a narrow escape, Dani takes some of the assassin’s things and has them checked against Henry’s DNA, revealing a perfect match. Now Brogan must face his most dangerous adversary, a younger version of himself, while trying to stay alive and unravel the depth of Varris’ deception.

Blu-ray Review: Joker

Those things start to get stripped away from him, though, as after being jumped while on the job he’s given a gun for protection. When he accidentally drops the gun during a performance at a children’s hospital he’s fired, and when social services have their budget cut, his outlet for therapy and medication are severed. In the wake of losing his job, Arthur is assaulted on the subway by three men that work for Wayne Enterprises and ends up killing them.

Blu-ray Review: Lucy in the Sky

Lucy’s behaviour becomes more erratic as she pushes herself, and when she learns that Mark is also seeing Erin things spiral completely out of control. Following the death of her grandmother, who’d served as a stabilizing force, Lucy leaves her husband and begins a cross-country drive with her niece to confront Mark and Erin, who are traveling to San Diego for a getaway together.

Video Game Review: Children of Morta

While the combat isn’t great, that doesn’t mean it’s bad. We just would’ve preferred a little more evasion relative to kiting and using AoE attacks to wipe out foes. Once you get a feel for how the game approaches enemy encounters, odds are you’ll adopt a pretty similar set of tactics whether you’re fighting as a ranged or melee character. Yes, fighting as an archer does create a different experience than fighting as a monk, but it doesn’t fundamentally change things. Given that we’ve always had an affinity for hack n’ slash, your mileage may vary.

For the ritual to work, however, each of them must unlock more memories by dealing with various traumatic events and gathering mementos from their past. While the ordeals affect everyone differently, Bill is the most haunted, blaming himself for the death of his little brother Georgie, and resolving to go after Pennywise. The Losers Club won’t let him go alone, though, as they descend into the sewers together for a final showdown.

Blu-ray Review: The Goldfinch

Second, is the film’s look. There’s a very clean, attractive style to how things are shot, and the stark divide between New York and Las Vegas helps you feel Theo’s isolation and anguish over leaving his home to come to this new place. There’s always some level of appeal to seeing upper-class NYC, and there’s plenty of that, too. Bottom line, the film is undoubtedly a real looker.
