Podcast: Clayton Kershaw Kicking Ass
We celebrated Jackie Robinson Day early!
After a three-week hiatus thanks to March Madness and tickets to the Philadelphia Flyers game, we were back with another episode of RotoRob’s Fantasy Baseball Weekly Podcast, heard every Thursday at 9 p.m. EST on Blogtalkradio. With the regular season underway, we were itching to get going and there was no lack of stories to analyze. Hell, we even had a guest as Tim Heaney popped in for a few minutes towards the end of our show.
Among the topics we covered were:
- Is Clayton Kershaw’s agent rubbing his hands after every dominant start by his client?
- Alex Cobb’s superb debut and whether he can emerge as the second most valuable starter in the Rays’ rotation.
- Could Tim Heaney step in for RotoRob if our fearless leader is forced to the sidelines with the NHL and NBA playoffs coming?
- Matt Adams is absolutely mashing and demanding more PT.
- Tim H. admits that he wasn’t all that big on Adam Jones’ power heading into the season.
- Tim M. talks about how Paul Maholm has been the model of consistency in recent years.
- Could Chad Gaudin be putting himself in the mix as a possible replacement should closer Sergio Romo get hurt?
