NBA Daily Dose: Champs Face Tough Road

Miami needs Udonis Haslem to get back in action.
If Miami is going to repeat, Udonis Haslem will have to stay healthy.

Today marks the final episode of the NBA Daily Dose, so we’ll be switching gears and focusing strictly on baseball while gearing up for football, with the occasional off-season hockey and basketball contribution thrown in for good measure.

In today’s Dose, we check in on the defending NBA Champions, who face a duanting task if they have designs on repeating. Yes, Dwyane Wade is back and looking better all the time, but his support staff is starting to crumble and Monday Miami lost James Posey.

Cuttino Mobley may sit out tonight for a desperate Clippers team; Andre Iguodala is likely done for the year; and despite the fact that Gerald Green’s shooting has gone south as he fights an illness, I love what I’ve seen out of him this year.

We’ve got all of this and a veritable cornucopia of other fantasy basketball blurbs in today’s Daily Dose.
