A Baker’s Dozen

September 27, 2007 | By RotoRob | comment on this post

Back in May, only the very optimistic among us would have imagined that the Yankees would be able to pull themselves out of their massive hole and earn a 13th straight playoff appearance. Well, Wednesday night, that’s exactly what happened, as the Pinstripers clinched at least the Wild Card by downing the Rays. In today’s Daily Dose we check in on New York’s miraculous recovery.

Jake Peavy did what aces do; Milton Bradley earned some vindication; Is Johan Santana done as a Twin like Barry Bonds is likely finished as a Giant?; Derek Jeter is riding yet another hitting streak; and Tim Hudson may still be needed again by the Braves.

Leave it to Microsoft to invent words like ‘Searchification’; leave it to the Dose to provide you with all the fantasy baseball blurbs you need to make it through the day.
