Expect Worthy to chalk up at least 45 yards in his first game, making him a mid-range WR3/high-end WR4 for the week. He’s not a future star, but should be an average starter at the very least, thanks to elite athleticism that saw him run a 4.21 40-yard dash to set a record at the Combine. That speed should make Worthy a deep ball threat right from the outset, so we’re curious to see how the Chiefs try to take advantage of this weapon.

Still, it could be a sluggish start for Hill as he was dealing with a thumb woe that has caused him to miss practice the past couple of weeks and had him listed as questionable for the season opener (which is against Jacksonville, who boasts a very strong pass D). He returned to practice on Monday and laid to rest any doubts he’d play in the opener, so it sounds like his absence last week was more precautionary than anything else.

It’s obvious this kid is a top contender for Offensive ROY honours, but how does he rank as a potential Fantasy asset this year? Daniels, the 2023 Heisman Trophy winner, completed 80 per cent of his 15 passes while adding 16 yards and one TD on the ground this preseason.

And all he’s done since is remain healthy (missing just one game over the last two years) and continue to get better and better, in 2023 setting career highs in rushing yards, YPC, receiving TDs and total scores.

It’s clear that the concussion Stroud suffered in mid-December is now a complete non-factor given his play since returning in Week 17, and he’s just getting better and better since. Despite missing two games because of the injury, he still managed to top 4,000 yards passing as a rookie, while putting up an impressive 23-to-5 touchdown to interception ratio. In fact, no quarterback — rookie or veteran — had a higher passing yards per game average than Stroud’s 273.9 this season. Holy crap, this kid is good.

However, in finishing the season with three straight wins, the Pack did manage to get back over .500 and secure the seventh and final playoff spot in the NFC after missing the postseason last year.

Green Bay is suddenly heating up, but with Minnesota dropping two straight and Detroit getting back in the win column on Sunday, the Lions still look very much in control of the NFC North despite some inconsistent quarterback play.
