Although they’ve made the NCAA Tourney in consecutive seasons, the Texas A&M Aggies have seen their win total dip from 27 to 25 to just 21 last season.

The University of California Golden Bears have failed to make the NCAA tourney since 2015-16, and don’t look likely to break that streak this season. However, the program does seem to be on the upswing since bottoming out two years ago with a butt ugly three-win campaign.

Since seemingly bottoming out in 2018-19, the UCLA Bruins improved year by year… until last season’s debacle when they won just 16 games and missed the NCAA Tourney for the first time since 2019-20.

After winning a school record 31 games in 2022-23, the Alabama Crimson Tide took a bit of a step back last season with just 25 wins. It was still good enough for a fourth straight NCAA tourney appearance and its first ever trip to the Final Four.

After winning a combined 45 games over the last two seasons yet failing to make the NCAA Tournament, the Cincinnati Bearcats are building their case for a first March Madness appearance since 2018-19.

Butler became just the fourth Wildcat ever to go perfect from the floor when taking 10 shots or more.

After a middling 19-14 campaign in 2022-23, the Iowa State Cyclones set a school record with 29 wins last season and look poised to possibly surpass that this season. Thanks to four straight wins they are 7-1 so far in non-conference play to earn a share of first in the Big 12 with conference play starting in under three weeks.
