After a middling 19-14 campaign in 2022-23, the Iowa State Cyclones set a school record with 29 wins last season and look poised to possibly surpass that this season. Thanks to four straight wins they are 7-1 so far in non-conference play to earn a share of first in the Big 12 with conference play starting in under three weeks.

Dunn has started to flash a bit of offense and shot blocking ability in recent games as the rookie has gotten a chance to start. He’s been a solid source of treys, but his FT shooting has left something to be desired (small sample size alert). Dunn makes for an intriguing deep league or DFS option.

Lowry didn’t do much in his last two games, but had back-to-back double-digit scoring games before that, adding seven dimes in the second one, so he still has something left in the tank. It’s unclear how much more PT he can handle at this stage (he played 32 minutes on Friday), but he can provide some value for your team.
