During the driving segments of the game, I’m afraid there’s no refinement in controls good enough to make the driving any fun — the cars are extremely touchy and seem to not have power steering, as soon as you stop turning, the wheels snap straight-forward again, making a simple 90-degree turn somewhat of a risky chore.

So when round seven rolls around, stash Blackmon in your queue and pull the trigger once you see other second tier WRs start to come off the board. Many Fantasy owners have already wiped him from their radar because of the suspension. Blackmon does have a past history of getting in trouble, so he is still a very risky draftee. But don’t forget he did rack up 64 catches, 865 yards and five TDs despite being saddled with a sub par QB. Blackmon also finished the year by catching at least six balls in each of the last four games.

Well, we still can’t quite figure out what the Rox were thinking (which is pretty much par for the course) in letting him go, but we were bang on in suggesting that Roenicke would help the Twins’ pen, which currently ranks third in the majors with a collective ERA of 2.75 — an improvement of over a run per game from last season.

Well, Swarzak finally seems to have found a role that suits him. Pitching in long relief, he’s shown improvements across the board and while his role is unlikely to yield Fantasy value, Swarzak’s improvements have helped the Twins hold their own in the AL Central so far this season.

Many questioned the Rays’ acquisition of Loney, but so far it’s been golden. He’s mashing to the tune of a .371 BA with two homers and 19 RBI, and has even tossed in a couple stolen bases for good measure. Is it sustainable? No… but you’ve got to ride the hot hand and Loney is currently all of that and then some.

The final showdown with Washington is rather similar to your earlier skirmish as the whole thing is basically rock-paper-scissors re-imagined as wolf-eagle-bear. Here you’ll need to use one of your animal abilities at a time to penetrate the King’s supernatural defenses. The game is incredibly forgiving — so much so that I don’t think you can actually be defeated, only delayed. This fight gives way to a brief explanation that ties the DLC in with the main storyline, but it’s a pretty loose connection at best.

Tim being Tim (which means serious technical deficiencies — he makes those who endured years of flashing 12s on their VCRs seem advanced), the show got off to a rocky start. So ignore the dead air at the beginning and then bask in Tim’s technophobia for the next 60 seconds or so before the pair finally kick off the show.
