That kind of effort is going to earn him decent PT going forward, making him a nice low-end option. There’s a chance the Nets will try to deal Brooks this summer, and if that’s the plan, perhaps he’ll be showcased a bit more down the stretch. This kid showed he could score as a rookie last season, but his soph campaign has been a nightmare as the addition of JJ has him buried in Brooklyn.

2013 RotoRob MLB Draft Kit: Top 60 Prospects, Part III

Signed out of Venezuela in 2007, Perez looked much better at Triple-A last season. He’s done a very good job of limiting home runs (just 10 in 21 starts and one relief appearance in the minors last season), but control remains his bugaboo (56 walks in 127 IP, or nearly four per nine innings). He enjoyed a breakout season back in 2009 at Class-A (reaching Double-A at the age of 18) and has been young for his leagues ever since. Now it’s time for Perez to make the big leap, so we’ll see how he reacts in early May when he’s ready to go.

Video Game Review: Castlevania: Mirror of Fate

The controls work perfectly except for two minor nitpicks. Catching the enemy off guard to counterattack requires you to press the block button at the same time the enemy makes contact. This worked most of the time, but almost exclusively during boss fights the animation would take too long for it to be pulled off. Alternating between special attacks was done using the d-pad or touch screen, and neither was accessible enough in the midst of combat.
